Your home will be inspected and approved by both the local authority building inspector and the warranty provider inspector. Only when we and they have issued certificates of approval, do we prepare your home for handover. Your new home benefits from a 10 year ACHI Warranty provided by Advantage, for reassurance that your new home will be built to the ACHI exacting standards of construction.

We will then hand over your property to you and provide you with a comprehensive new home owner pack and demonstrate to you the operation of all the systems. If you then have any questions, our dedicated phone number is provided for you to call at any time to ensure prompt resolution.
We also have a team dedicated to the after sales side of the business, dealing with all small or large matters that occur within the first six months of occupying the property.
